This tour is subject to weather and river conditions. In the event cancellation we will offer other options, reschedule for the next day or provide refund

Cancellations:

For cancellations you will have up to 24 hours prior to the scheduled pick up time in order to receive full deposit back.
Customers will also receive a full refund in the event of operator cancellation due to weather or other unforeseen circumstances.
No-shows and last minute cancellations will be charged the full price.
FOR GROUPS OF 6 PARTICIPANTS OR MORE: Cancellations done by 5:00 pm a week before (7 days) before your excursion date will be elegible for a full refund. If a cancellation occurs after this time, no refunds will be provided.

Reservations done on the same date are final and nonrefundable. Spaces reserved by the client and not used are nonrefundable.

Due to the limited amount of spaces, the time and effort our crew has put into each of our tours we will not make any exceptions regardless of the cancellation reason.

Fixatrip Puerto Rico cannot be responsible for personal items brought on our shuttles, so please make sure you take all your personal belongings with you when you depart our shuttles.
Fixatrip Puerto Rico cannot be held responsible for delays or cancellations of customer trips that result from weather, traffic, or mechanical difficulties that may occur during your trip.
Fixatrip Puerto Rico expects our customers to respect the Van and dispose of any trash generated during a trip. We also expect our customers to leave the shuttle in the same clean condition it was in at the beginning of your trip.

• Participants must be physically capable of walking thru steep, rocky, muddy trails for long periods, and have balance to walk by uneven surfaces.
• Pregnant ladies past their first trimester, persons with previous injuries, back or knee problems or recent surgery or other serious medical conditions should not participate on this tour.
• Children must be 7 years or older to participate.

For FixaTrip Puerto Rico your health is our top priority, and we have put special measures in place to keep all guests safe both during and after your excursion.

Stringent Cleaning – We’ve increased the frequency of disinfecting surfaces and high traffic areas during the excursion, and hand sanitizer will be available to all of our guests. All equipment as lifejackets will be thoroughly disinfected before each use.

Social Distancing- Guests will stay at a safe 6-foot distance during all points of the tour. We also ensure that all staff members will be wearing the necessary PPE.

Wellness Checks- Our employees receive daily wellness checks to ensure they are healthy and symptom-free. If you or anyone in your group is experiencing symptoms, we will work directly with you to cancel or reschedule your excursion. Temperature will be checked to all participants before joining the tour. Temperatures over 100.3 will not be allowed to participate.

Guides and guests will be required to wear masks during all the tour.
